WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We guarantee our products will live up to your standards. For exchanges / returns please contact us within 30 days of purchase, return shipping will be responsible of the customer. We will issue you a refund for the returned items and applicable taxes. Original shipping is NOT refundable.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ITEM IS SHIPPED?
We try out best to get orders out as quickly as possible. For standard orders it will be about 1 - 2 weeks before shipping. For custome orders it can take up to 3 weeks.
When will I receive my refund?
Orders that arrive damaged will receive their refund within 48 hours of resolution with customer service. Refunds on returns will be issued up to 48 hours after receiving your product in the original packaging.
